Sofya is a current Jerome Fellow at the Playwrights’ Center and a member of EST/Youngblood. She’s the official annual playwriting judge for Hendrix College’s playwriting competition. She got her MFA in Writing for the Screen & Stage at Northwestern University and teaches writing at St. John’s University and at The Playwrights’ Center.
